1. Acceptance

By accessing the services or products provided by Spiritpreneur, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

2. Services

Spiritpreneur offers tailored coaching sessions designed to align entrepreneurial vision with a mindful approach. Sessions can be conducted online or in person at our office: 19th Floor, Al Sila Tower, Abu Dhabi Global Market Square, Al Maryah Island, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. All bookings are subject to availability.

3. Digital Offerings

Spiritpreneur provides digital guides, recorded workshops, and meditation recordings accessible via our online platform. Access links will be sent to your provided email address following confirmation.

4. Merchandise

We offer branded items such as journals, meditation aids, and apparel. Each item is carefully crafted to support your mindset journey.

5. Refund and Rescheduling Policy

5.1 Coaching Sessions

To request a reimbursement for a coaching session, please notify our team at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time. If notice is provided in this window, you may reschedule to a future date at no extra charge or receive credit toward another session. No reimbursements or credits are available after this period, as each session is reserved exclusively for you.

5.2 Digital Offerings

Requests for reimbursements must be made within 7 days of receiving access. Approved requests are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. After 7 days, no reimbursements are available, though you may receive credit toward another digital offering.

5.3 Merchandise

Merchandise may be sent back within 14 days of receipt in its original condition. Please contact us at our contact form before sending any item. Once the item arrives and is verified, a reimbursement will be issued within 10 business days. For hygiene reasons, certain items such as meditation mats and aromatherapy blends are not eligible for sending back.

6. Modifications

Spiritpreneur reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
